what's Flying Daisies return policy?
if you are not completely happy with your product, we will gladly return or exchange any items. Returns & exchanges must be non-worn or un-washed (tags still attached please) and are accepted within 30 days of ship date. Most returns are processed within 10 days of receipt in warehouse. An email will be sent to you confirming your return or exchange is being processed. Your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment. If you paid with a gift card, we will issue you a new gift card for the amount of credit and mailed to you.

defectives?
defective products, within 30 days of ship date, are absolutely accepted upon receiving and inspecting returned product.

our warranty policy?
we happily warranty our products 30 days from ship date.

shipping items back through your own method?
you can send items back to us using your own tracking shipping method. Upon receiving your package, we will process your return or exchange promtly. Please make sure package is prepaid and we highly recommend it is insured. No COD returns, thanks.
